		<description>Usually you get a lot of traffic to your site the first couple of days after the stumble, then it will die if the stumblers won&#039;t vote on your site with a thumbs up. After a while the traffic spike can return for a couple of days. this spike will come as a surprise. 
At least that has been my experience.
